No. Whilst 100% of our proceeds are donated to medical foundations in the U.S., Diagnosis Diaries is not a 501(c)(3) entity. As a result, purchases and donations to Diagnosis Diaries cannot be claimed as tax deductible charitable contributions.

Shipping (US)

Shipping can can take up to 14 business days. This includes time for your order to be processed & packed. The shipping carrier will take it from there. We have no control over the shipping speed. Book orders may take longer since they are individually printed by the publisher. Please expect to wait about a month for book orders to arrive. 

Please remember, shipping time does not include processing time!

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at check out based on the item size and weight, and the location being shipped to. Shipping costs may differ for book orders and merchandise orders.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking information. Please allow a day or so for the tracking information to update.

If no email was received, make sure you’ve searched your promotional, junk, and spam folders in case the notification has landed there. 

We only have as much information as is shown on your shipment tracking page. If you need more assistance, it is best to contact the postal service directly. Once the package has been shipped, Diagnosis Diaries is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues.

As of right now, we may not be able to accommodate changes in shipping address. Please ensure that the address listed during check out is correct. You may need to contact the shipping courier directly and ask them to change the shipping address on your behalf. Please be reminded that sometimes changes in shipping address may not be feasible.

International Shipping

International shipping rates vary based on the order weight and destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping cost. USPS/UPS/DHL will calculate the cost automatically. Shipping costs may differ on book and merchandise purchases. The customer will be responsible to cover the cost of any additional customs charges. We are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to.

Standard international shipping (outside of the U.S.) tends to be slow, so please expect to wait upwards of a month or so for your item(s) to arrive. We only have as much information as is seen on your shipment tracking page. If you need more assistance, it is best to contact the postal service directly.

We ship to almost all countries worldwide. Some shipping services may be limited in some countries. You’ll be able to see available shipping services at checkout.

Cancellations & Returns

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. There is only a 24 hour cancellation window. Email us at: hello@diagnosis-diaries.com.

We process orders quickly, so we may not always be able to honor all cancellation requests. All sales are final once an order has been shipped.

Since proceeds from sales are immediately donated to their respective foundations, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
